Our client, a leading global hedge fund with an excellent reputation and multi-billion dollar AUM, is hiring a senior addition to their Corporate Actions team in Stamford, CT.
This is a high-impact role within a well-established and top-performing operations function. The successful candidate will manage the full life cycle of global corporate actions—including mandatory and voluntary events, dividends, income, and proxy—across a broad range of asset classes. You’ll play a key role liaising with trading, portfolio management, and other functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in an Asset servicing/Corporate Actions role from within a hedge fund or an investment bank, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
