Our client, a prestigious multi-strategy hedge fund with a global reputation and multi-billion dollar AUM, is seeking a senior addition to their Corporate Actions team in Stamford, CT.
This is a high-impact role within a well-established and high-performing operations group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of global corporate actions—including mandatory and voluntary events, dividends, income, and proxy—across a broad range of asset classes. You’ll serve as a key liaison with trading, portfolio management, and other functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Corporate Actions/Asset servicing role from within a hedge fund or an investment bank, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
