THE JOB / Event Executive, Marketing Event Tour (Luxury Automotive Client)
EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
- Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, or Los Angeles, CA.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Executive to support our marketing event tour operations. This role is critical in managing vendor relationships, securing event insurance, and overseeing procurement processes to ensure seamless execution of events. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, contract negotiation, and logistics, with a strong ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

This position pays $40,000, is overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
