Job Description ::
Hardware Troubleshooting Build / Troubleshoot Desktop system
Logging critical defects /bugs if we notice anything off in the functionality and the NCR would fix those defects/ bugs in the later releases, if those are valid defects
Network TCP/IP Troubleshooting o Telnet, IP Configurations, etc
Expert in ATM / POS Testing and expert in Lab process as follows
Logging critical defects /bugs if we notice anything off in the functionality and the NCR would fix those defects/ bugs in the later releases, if those are valid defects
EFT network testing, Debit Card processing, EFT processing system and data communications
involved in validating Hardware faults like transport Jam, skimming, Card reader faults
Windows 10 o Registry Settings, Command Prompt, File Explorer
Jira, Confluence, & Bitbucket Test Script Mgmt, Bug Reporting, Test Summary Reports, API Repositories
