  • Facility Location : Richmond, VA
  • Status : Full-time, Part-Time (with at least every other weekend availability)
  • 12-hour Shifts : 7a-7p, 7p-7a

    • Qualifications of a LPN :

  • Currently licensed as an LPN (State of Virginia or multi / compact)
  • Certification program completed as an LPN
  • CPR / BLS certification

    • Requirements to Apply :

  • Updated resume
  • 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
  • Social Security card
  • LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
  • Voided Check / Direct Deposit from the bank - for payroll
  • 2 reference letters / references to call
  • Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
  • BLS / CPR
  • TB Test (PPD / QuantiFERON) - at least within the last 12 months
