POSITION TITLE : Marketing Specialist
Position Summary : Marketing Specialist
is responsible for the creating & executing multi-channel marketing strategies that support the continued growth of Onity products and services. This role would serve as direct support to the growth organization within Onity, providing marketing assistance on initiatives that include social media, content creation, market research, campaign execution, data analysis and reporting on key results to drive to set growth goals.
Key Job Responsibilities : Provide direct support to the growth organization by c reating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide communication, design, and other adhoc marketing support to promote key initiatives within the Growth organization.Conduct B2B market analysis to identify target audiences, understand priorities of prospective partners and clients, and identify trends to inform marketing strategies.Develop engaging content such as blog posts, social media graphics, videos, and email newsletters to attract and retain partners.Create & execute social media campaigns, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand reputation across platforms.Track campaign performance using analytics tools, measuring key metrics, and generating reports to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Collaborating with internal stakeholders & external vendors like designers, marketing agencies, and printers to execute marketing materials.Provide any marketing related support to the growth organization for industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.Experience :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or FinanceSkills :
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tacticsExcellent communication and writing skillsProficiency in social media platforms and marketing automation toolsData analysis and reporting skillsCreative thinking and design capabilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
The salary range for this position is expected to be $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate
