We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Director to lead our finance department. The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, strategy development, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role will report directly to the OR of Ecommerce and the CEO, making it pivotal to our growth initiatives.
In this role, you will be expected to leverage your expertise to provide insightful analysis, improve financial processes, and guide our financial planning efforts. We are looking for a passionate, critical thinker who is highly resourceful and capable of working independently without constant supervision. Your ability to navigate challenges and drive financial success will be key to our continued growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five years of specialized experience in a senior financial management role
- Extensive background in finance, including roles as an accountant, controller, or CFO
- Proven ability to generate increased revenue opportunities and enhance financial efficiencies
- Demonstrated experience in guiding multiple teams to achieve departmental and revenue goals
- Successful track record of leading teams in a revenue-driven environment
- Capable of developing and implementing new processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Most importantly, we seek someone who is kind, humble, leads by example, and is both stern and fair in managing and executing responsibilities
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
