What you'll be doing :
Oddball is hiring an experienced Technical Lead to lead, shape, and grow one of our largest engineering teams. In this role, the Technical Lead will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, product managers, and others to drive and deliver high-quality products to our federal partners. This Technical Lead will manage, mentor, guide, and mold our team drawing on their experience delivering and creating quality products.
What you’ll bring :
- 5 years' experience in React & Rails
- 3 years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers
- Strong experience with Python
- Ability to successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business user
- Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences
- Capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions
- Comfortable handling multiple ongoing engagements and parallel work streams

Compensation :
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range : $110,000 – $160,000
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
