Oddjobr Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to support our growing business. This hybrid role is primarily remote but does require occasional in-person meetings, events, and job walks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in handling a variety of administrative, customer service, marketing, and sales support tasks.
As a key part of our operations, you will assist with client communication, business outreach, estimate drafting, meeting coordination, and marketing efforts. This role provides opportunities for growth, with a pay increase after 90 days, profit-sharing bonuses, and commission on any sales you bring the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer business phone calls and assist with client inquiries.
- Assist with drafting estimates for clients and support project coordination.
- Perform business outreach, networking, and sales support.
- Take meeting notes during weekly stand-up calls.
- Sort, organize, and maintain business records and paperwork.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media, flyers, creating company swag, etc.
- Represent the company at networking events and tabling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficifent in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and OneDrive)
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experence in business development, marketing, or administrative support is a plus.
