As a FX Operations Associate, you will ensure the smooth processing of foreign exchange transactions, manage operational risks, and support front-office activities. You will work closely with trading, compliance, and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance.

The estimated base salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $65,000 to $70,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The final base salary amount that is offered to any candidate, in any location, will be determined on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or regulatory licenses.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing FX transactions, settlements, and reconciliations
- Monitoring trade confirmations and investigating discrepancies
- Assisting with liquidity management and fund transfers
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients and counterparties
- Analyzing and resolving trade breaks, funding mismatches, or settlement issues
- Generating reports on trade activity, exposure, and operational risk
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and any regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and capacity to work independently.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in FX operations, middle-office, or treasury
- Understanding of FX trading, settlements (SWIFT, CLS), and trade lifecycle
- Experience with FX trading platforms, order management systems, and Excel
- Active FINRA licenses, including SIE, Series 99 (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
