About the Role
The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers in a timely and efficient manner. You will have prior experience in apartment maintenance and possess well-rounded skills such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
In this role, you will ensure that all work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily. You will also keep the maintenance area neat and clean and work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
