- Respond promptly to on-call requests for maintenance emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to source necessary materials and equipment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in a maintenance role.
- Strong plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
