Key Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize resident work orders and turnovers
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies
Requirements
- Two (2) years' experience in previous relevant maintenance field
- Neat, clean, and professional
- Positive attitude
- Ability to support and contribute to the team
- Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience
