Duties
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support project managers in the development of construction estimates and budgets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders on construction sites to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and documentation.
- Prepare and review schematics, contracts, and other project-related documents.
- Maintain organized records of all project activities, including meeting notes and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Help manage project-related communications using tools like Bluebeam for document sharing.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and processes.
- Experience working on construction sites is preferred.
- Proficient in using Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with project scheduling tools, particularly Primavera or similar software.
- Understanding of construction management software for tracking project progress.
