Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide administrative support to clinicians.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client needs and providing timely responses.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records and files.
Skills
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
- Ability to type efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer support skills.
- Experience as an office clerk or in administrative roles is beneficial.
