Customer Success Specialist

This is a hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) role in San Francisco, CA.

About the job :

Join Odoo's dynamic Customer Success Team, where you'll empower clients across North America to optimize their business operations using our integrated software solutions. This role blends sales and customer engagement for those enthusiastic about software and its impact across various industries.

We are looking for proactive individuals driven by results and passionate about software.

Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to customers currently using Odoo
  • Analyze clients' business operations to drive software adoption
  • Manage all phases of subscription renewals
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Understand and empathize with customer needs
  • Engage throughout the entire sales cycle

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in negotiating and closing new business
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Background in a SaaS company
  • Immediate availability
  • An affinity for business operations
  • Proficiency in additional languages

  • The estimated annual compensation for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, experience, professional achievements, business needs, and location.
