The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage sales across the Northern U.S. You’ll be the face of ODRA in your region, building dealer and municipal relationships, closing sales, and collaborating with a team of established sales reps. This is a high-impact role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment by building strong customer relationships that drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new unit sales across your territory, focusing on municipalities, contractors, and distributors.
- Oversee, support, and guide the team of sales reps within your assigned regions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service before, during, and after the sale.
- Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing, engineering, and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as a brand ambassador for ODRA.
- Provide regular territory updates and sales reports to senior management.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and municipal procurement cycles.

What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in territory sales, preferably in heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or municipal vehicles sales
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing territories effectively
- Vast knowledge of public procurement processes and government sales cycles
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel frequently within your territory
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
