Client Resources Representative Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of services to clients
- Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate client progress and determine if additional support is needed
- Participate in outreach programs and represent the organization at local community meetings and events
- Assist with preparing reports, requisitions, and tracking statistical data related to the charity program
- Supervise and support volunteers, interns, and intake staff in providing client services
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to ensure high-quality and alignment with the organization’s mission
- Maintain sensitivity and respect for the diverse backgrounds and needs of the client population
- Ensure client confidentiality and maintain organized, accurate records of services provided
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1-2 years experience in a customer service or community outreach position
- Strong empathy and compassion when working with individuals
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage both short-term and long-term tasks and activities
- Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and community stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a variety of situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
