We are a non-profit and fundraiser support association that provides sustainable Community Support around the Albuquerque area. We are seeking someone articulate, bright, and detailed-oriented for our Community Outreach Representative role! Our Community Outreach Representative will train directly with our group of leaders to learn all entry-level duties and everyday responsibilities.
Our Community Outreach Representatives do an incredible job at providing direct support to our charity partner's brand. The company's mission is to have our Community Outreach Representative spread the word of our mission and make the community better. This candidate will provide immediate customer assistance such as assessments, education on the client and their community resources, and help with tracking donor confidential information.
Community Outreach Representative Duties :
- Reach out directly to potential donors and qualify to see if they are interested in participating in donations
- Prepare applications and forms for donors for client and customer tracking
- Support the Community Outreach Representative team by completing comprehensive reports that are thorough and accurate
- Take the initiative and resolve escalations or objections from community members to explain our mission
- Represent the company in a professional manner at community events and networking gatherings
- Ensure courteous and efficient service is provided to all customers at fundraising events
- Support other members of your team as well as cross-functional team members by showing participation in meetings and training classes
