Th e position of Pricing Coordinator will have primary responsibility for the oversight of the daily pricing processes and perform pricing entries in accordance with established Company policies and procedures .

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets.
The base pay range for this position is: $21.00 - $24.25 per hour.

About The Job
Th e position of Pricing Coordinator will have primary responsibility for the oversight of the daily pricing processes and perform pricing entries in accordance with established Company policies and procedures .
In This Role, You Will
- Research and validate price discrepancies and disputes
- Process all manual instructions received from Pricing Supervisor in accordance with the applicable procedures
- Execute all rate quotes in a timely and accurate manner
- Process incoming instructions by any accepted means of communication
- Return any instructions that cannot be rated to the appropriate party for clarification
- Receive, investigate and answer emails/queries from internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of procedures and process improvements
- Engage in internal projects and testing as required
- All other duties and projects as assigned

- High School Diploma.
- Minimum four (4) years related experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. TruckMate software experience is ideal.
- Knowledge of ocean industry information preferred but not required .
- Must have strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required .
