">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at our beautiful resort on the stunning shores of Lake Superior. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless guest interactions.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Manage Reservations: Take dining reservations and manage guest seating to ensure efficient guest flow.
- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet guests, guide them to their seats, and thank them as they leave.
- Direct Servers: Direct servers on guest needs and assist with special requests.
- Maintain Facilities: Inspect and help maintain dining areas, and assist with pre-bussing and bussing tables.
- Attend Meetings: Attend employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement.
