Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Grand Superior Lodge. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, including supervising servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining effective par inventory levels for all supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgeted goals.
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
- Train and instruct staff in the execution of high-quality service.
You will work closely with our Executive Chef/Sous Chef to perform daily pre-shift meetings to educate staff on menus, specials, and service expectations. You will also be responsible for attending meetings, including front-of-house team meetings, and leading meetings when requested.
