Our VP of Operations will be :
A proven people leader experienced in building high-performance teams, the VP of Operations will lead a multi-disciplinary team of 20 employees over the next 3 years while delivering operational excellence. With a deep understanding of securities handling and processing, the VP of Operations is able to organize cross-functional groups towards a cohesive and aligned strategy for the benefit of Odyssey's clients and shareholders.
In tandem with other senior leaders at Odyssey, the VP of Operations will execute and improve Odyssey's operating model which centers around efficiency, automation and adherence to compliance. They will also partner with client-facing teams to support clients, including participation as a subject matter expert (SME), Risk Committee deliberations, and other operational committees.
