Your Purpose
You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair and renovations on credit union owned and leased buildings and grounds.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- High School Diploma/GED and minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar facilities maintenance-related role required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must be able to use both hands to grasp, hold and move tools, boxes, furniture and other items or regular and irregular sizes and dimensions required.
- Ability to safely operate a non-commercial vehicle is required.
What You’ll Do
To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common, uncommon and complex occurrences of each of the following under general supervision from your manager:
- Oversees company facilities by conducting periodic preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Performs or coordinates building, and grounds maintenance, repairs, renovations, and office and workspace moves.
- Administers vendor relationships as needed to complete assigned facilities-related duties.
- Occasionally travel between company buildings to perform facilities-related duties.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $23.99 - $32.93
