As a Controller / Operations Manager, you will ensure that staff performance and financial operations run seamlessly. This role focuses on managing productivity, supporting staffing efficiency, and working closely with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records, oversee collections, and contribute to sound financial decision-making .
Core Responsibilities :
- Lead and monitor internal and external staff to ensure productivity , profitability and adherence to company policies
- Oversee daily financial operations, including assisting with invoicing, collections, and ensuring accuracy of transactions
- Support HR functions for direct reports, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and managing disciplinary actions
- Oversee customer service initiatives and support business review processes
- Collaborate with the accounting team to analyze financial data and support sound, strategic financial decisions
- Oversee collections, working directly with customers to resolve overdue invoices
- Hold staff accountable for meeting performance expectations and completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Assist in optimizing operational processes and ensuring alignment with company goals
- Act as a liaison between staff and leadership, communicating updates, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns effectively
- Support leadership with strategic planning and operational improvements as needed
- Collaborate with operations coordinators and leadership to review and adjust daily schedules, ensuring staffing levels, priorities, and resources align with company goals and operational needs.
