As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the Operations and Accounting teams, ensuring the success and seamless functioning of each department. Core Responsibilities :
- Lead and monitor staff (10-15 employees) to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
- Oversee daily financial operations, including assisting with invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate books using Intuit QuickBooks
- Support HR functions for direct reports, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and managing disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with the accounting team to analyze financial data and support sound, strategic financial decisions
- Assist in optimizing operational processes and ensuring alignment with company goals
- Act as a liaison between staff and leadership, communicating updates, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns effectively
- Support leadership with strategic planning and operational improvements as needed
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to review and adjust daily schedules, ensuring staffing levels, priorities, and resources align with company goals and operational needs. Regularly assess productivity and workflow to implement improvements
