Our Company has an immediate opening for a Make Ready/Porter position for our beautiful apartment community. We are looking for a long term employee who has attention to detail and a great attitude.
A Make Ready/Porter is primarily responsibility is the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal.
DUTIES
- Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition.
- Assists in trash pickup on the property.
- Assists in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested.
- .Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the buildings, grounds, swimming pools and other areas as required
