POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by performing repairs, painting and other necessary task to complete the home.
- Inspect units for damages and report maintenance issues.
- Replace or repair fixtures, blinds, flooring and appliances as needed.
- Assist in competing punch lists to ensure apartments meet move-in standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, stairwells, leasing office, clubhouse and Pool area.
- Keep parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor areas free of debris and trash.
- Assis with minor landscaping tasks, including watering plants.
- Monitor and empty community trash receptacles and pet stations as needed.
- Performs maintenance and repairs in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, and other building repairs.
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
- Previous experience in maintenance, custodial, or make-ready roles preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of minor repairs, painting, and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
