Digital Marketing Intern – OES Global

Location: Pompano Beach, FL | On-Site | Paid Internship

OES Global, a fast-growing WBENC-certified company and home to leading B2B brands like Traffic Cones For Less, Hydration Depot, and SD2K Valet, is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Department.

What You'll Do:

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to support the development, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across multiple ecommerce brands. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain real-world experience and grow their skill set in both strategy and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and launching digital marketing campaigns
• Design and develop campaign assets such as banners, social graphics, email content, and landing page visuals
• Help optimize campaigns based on performance data and testing
• Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports
• Conduct keyword and competitive research
• Support Google Ads and paid media initiatives
• Collaborate on email marketing, social media, and promotional content

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in digital marketing, design, and data analysis
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic graphic design or content creation ability (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other reporting tools
• Experience creating and optimizing digital campaign assets
• Knowledge of ecommerce, B2B, or marketing funnels
