Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to represent our company's services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients in various industries who require custom metal manufacturing solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Assist in creating Marketing campaigns, concepts and materials to drive sales.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from order placement to product delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or metal industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge of metal manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Can understand and interpret manufacturing drawings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
