Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly bartender to join our team at an outdoor wedding venue and event farm. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beverage service, create memorable experiences for guests, and handle bartending tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) or TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) certification.
- Proven bartending experience, preferably in an event or outdoor setting.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and basic cocktail preparation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items (e.g., ice buckets, beverage cases) up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Work Environment:
This role involves bartending in a rustic, outdoor wedding venue/farm setting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
