Your Role:
As a Recruiter, you’ll drive our talent acquisition efforts for all open positions within the company, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in every department.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing leads for all roles (drivers, operational staff, and administrative positions) through referrals, cold calls, online platforms, and other resources.
- Responding to inquiries and providing detailed information about available opportunities.
- Evaluating candidates’ qualifications and coordinating the application process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant database.
- Scheduling orientations and confirming start dates for new hires.
- Collaborating with department managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Building strong, positive relationships with candidates and acting as a liaison throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Managing time efficiently and maintaining adherence to company hiring guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1 years in recruiting for a variety of roles, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with TenStreet and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- Personality: A confident, approachable team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Motivation: Self-driven and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- After-Hours Availability: You’ll be required to respond to leads outside of normal working hours. Compensation will be provided for all after-hours work when candidates or leads reach out.
