Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Top Line Sales: Focus on customer satisfaction, logistics organization, and promotion.
- Oversee Exhibitions and Marketing Programs: Assist, organize, and deliver exhibitions and programs across all galleries. Collaborate with artists, curators, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality exhibitions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to increase visitor numbers, enhance audience engagement, and raise the profile of the galleries in the community.
- Budget Management: Responsible for budget management and yearly planning with the team.
- Cross Promotions and Collaborations: Identify and secure opportunities, concierge programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Staff Management: Oversee staff onboarding, training, and development, including hiring, managing, and terminating employees as necessary.
- Health and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
- Logistics Assistance: Ensure correct handling of outgoing shipments with logistics leads, team members, and companies.
Requirements and Skills:
