Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including product displays and inventory areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Educate customers about various products, including tobacco, vaping supplies, and accessories.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations related to tobacco and vaping products.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of smoking accessories, tobacco products, and vaping supplies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the products sold.
