Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and execute seasonal and core menus with a strong focus on Mediterranean flavors.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with management on cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee ordering of high-quality ingredients.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
