Position Summary: Employees in this job are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with the servicing of their equipment by accurately recording and follow-up on service calls.
Essential Functions
- Answer incoming calls for service to our products and supplies, as needed.
- Record details of customer service calls and enter them into our computer system.
- Order supplies and parts, managing min/max levels, as appropriate for machines in the field.
- Dispatch calls to technicians and manage their day to ensure we are meeting our Service Levels Agreements (SLA).
- Maintain the warehouse and inventory.
- Invoice all service calls upon completion and order any parts that may be needed.
- Process RMA/RTV for parts and supplies.
- Reconcile inventory after physical inventory is taken, research discrepancies.
- Other duties, as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college certificate or equivalent preferred; Commitment to continually remain current on product and industry knowledge.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced environment in the service industry.
- Ability to solve problems, troubleshoot time-critical emergencies, and multi-task.
- Time management, organization, computer literacy and effective communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver superior customer service to all customers.
- Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
- Adequate knowledge of work processes and requirements.
- Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
