What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager / Manager), E3/E3A/TLAB Cluster position at Office of Human Resources?
Responsibilities :
- Partner and support the research institutes’ heads / managers to manage, in a proactive and consultative approach, a full spectrum of HR functions which includes talent acquisition and appointment matters, performance appraisal and management, as well as talent management and development.
- Responsible for effective onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Assist in implementation of new policies and benefit programmes, and ensure changes to HR policies and procedures are administered and communicated timely to staff.
- Contact point for employee relations issues - assess the situation and provide advice to business units.
- Multi-task and be on top of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Make decisions within areas of responsibilities.
- Brainstorm ideas for process improvement and translate them into plans and actions.
- Assist in process review projects and participate in other projects as assigned.
