Summary You will serve as a Management Support Specialist in the Office of General Counsel, Code 07 of OFFICE OF NAVAL RESEARCH. Responsibilities You will assist in the building, maintaining and monitoring relations with licensees, affiliated manufactures and retail distributors. You will maintain positive professional contact with licensing and trade organizations. You will assist in the reconciliation of vendor financial reports, preparation of royalty revenue accounts, and quarterly and annual financial reports. You will assist in the process of collecting quarterly royalty reports and invoicing reports. You will attend relevant conferences and professional meetings as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to next lower grade level (GS-05 / 10) or pay band (NO-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following : 1.) Assisting in the building, maintaining and monitoring relations with licensees, affiliated manufacturers and retail distributors; 2.) Assisting in the reconciliation of vendor financial reports, preparation of royalty revenue accounts and quarterly and annual financial reports; 3.) Collecting quarterly royalty reports and invoicing; and 4.)
