Job Description And Duties
The Information Security Office Mission is to provide policy, direction, and leadership in the protection of OTSI and CHHS information assets; ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations, and sustain the trust of OSI and CHHS customers. The ISO Office is responsible for improving and managing OTSI's ongoing Business Continuity program and Disaster Recovery Program.
Under close supervision of the Information Security Manager, the Student Assistant will perform a variety of tasks of broad scope in connection with the Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI) Information Security Office, including but not limited to, Service Desk ticket management, first-level support for the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents, computer and printer installation, and system documentation as required.
