Responsibilities:
- Applies health science and research knowledge and experience obtained by conducting research, teaching, and/or working, in a manner compliant with 42 C.F.R. Part 93, in the PHS-funded research environment.
- Assists with the development and implementation of education and outreach activities that aid stakeholders in their efforts to promote research integrity, prevent research misconduct, and/or respond to allegations of research misconduct.
- Works to ensure that institutions conducting Public Health Service (PHS) funded research are compliant with the Public Health Service Policies on Research Misconduct (42 C.F.R Part 93)
- Assists with the review and evaluation of PHS funded institutions' compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 93.
- Coordinates and/or accomplishes major projects executed in the ORI program. This may include but is not limited to the efficient and effective development, design, investigation, conduct, study, and/or closeout of such projects.
- Assists with and/or conducts ORI activities related to 42 C.F.R. Part 93.
