Description: Assist and team with Territory Manager(s) to support customers and assist customers in retail store. Maintain order and cleanliness in retail store.
Capabilities Needed: Team attitude, Eagerness to learn, People skills, Comfortable with phone and email, Excellent at follow-through, Ability to learn and use computer software, Proficiency and accuracy in data entry, Research skills and ability to trouble shoot/problem solve, Able to multitask, Mindset to grow business
General Responsibilities:
- Support Territory Manager however needed including quotes, research, and special projects
- Quickly answer incoming calls of orders or questions and place outgoing sales calls
- Use computer for timely data entry and order placement, research, email, and customer/order tracking
- Assist customers in retail store
- Ensure safe and clean store environment
- Use point-of-sale system to checkout customers
- Stock and rotate product
- Have knowledge of products
- Explain benefits of products and services
- Generate sales leads
- Have initiative to see beyond specified daily tasks
- Work to maintain and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work to increase sales and gross profit
- Work with all departments in company to assist customers
- Assist with other projects or duties as requested or as need is observed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
