Essential Functions
Demand Gen:
- Drive the conceptualization, development, execution, and success of integrated lead generation programs targeting existing and net new customers. Campaign channels and methods will include but are not limited to paid search, organic search, webinars, email, tradeshows, social media, and direct mail campaigns.
- Implement and execute local and national SEO strategies (organic and PPC) to meet or exceed lead gen goals while staying within the budget. This includes working with outside third parties and utilizing tools such as Google Analytics.
- Work with the Marketing team to keep the website content current and refreshed. Follow best practices and develop compelling calls to action for online lead capture. Analyze web metrics and make refinements to maximize website leads.
- Produce monthly reports, dashboards, and analysis focused on pipeline goals including leads, opportunities, conversion rates, and closed won/lost by channel for ROI evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product) to ensure messaging and alignment lead to successful campaign delivery.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Optimize lead qualification and track follow-through to ensure the lead handoff process is correct, documented, communicated to sales, and effectively executed.
- Use website, organic search, and paid search metrics to track KPIs, evaluate campaign success, and drive optimization efforts.
- Create and maintain detailed campaign reports and dashboards that will be shared with the Senior Director of Marketing.
- A/B test campaign elements to optimize conversion rates.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and work closely with our CRM (Salesforce) admin on how they are integrated.
- Conceptualize, develop, and oversee lead generation and nurturing programs, ensuring effective lead scoring and routing.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within marketing systems.
- Lead troubleshooting technical issues related to marketing platforms if/when they occur.
- Test all forms and integrations for all campaigns.
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies as needed.
Competencies:
- Proficient in HubSpot and a deep understanding of Salesforce.
- Highly skilled in marketing automation principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Metrics-driven with experience developing marketing dashboards to track key performance metrics and maximize team performance.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing lead gen programs, including PPC.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Independent and resourceful, with a strong internal drive.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership in all tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum three years of relevant digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B software, with a proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
- A minimum of three years of HubSpot experience.
- Healthcare and EHR experience is a plus.
- Computer-based working environment with a strong emphasis on remote meetings
