Paid to drive between client locations.

- Train and manage janitorial staff on-site
- Ensuring quality cleaning standards are met
- Maintaining client satisfaction
- Tracking and scheduling cleaning tasks
- Addressing any concerns or issues that may arise with the cleaning services provided.
- Regularly communicating with clients to understand their cleaning needs and expectations.
- Addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Negotiating contract renewals and potential service expansions.
- Assigning cleaning tasks and managing work schedules.
- Monitoring staff performance and addressing performance issues.
- Ensuring staff compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Conducting regular site inspections to assess cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing cleaning supplies inventory and ordering replacements as needed.
- Monitoring cleaning equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Developing and implementing cleaning procedures to meet client specifications.
- Cover the cleaning shift of an employee who quit or called in sick
- Complete detail cleaning to maintain the "deeper/detail" duties are maintained.
- Working in-hand with Office Pride management
Requirements:
- Janitorial Supervisory experience
- Cleaning experience
- Solid Employment Record
- To have read this position full job description
- Be able to bend/lift 50 lbs.
- Floor auto scrubber experience
- A criminal background check will be ran
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Teamwork, leadership and exceptional Communication skills
- Knowledge of janitorial cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Flexible, organized and adaptable to changes with employee and clients daily needs
