Objective: Manage staffing, operational coordination, client partnerships, and uphold company
culture to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.

 


● Staff Scheduling and Payroll: Review employee time punches for accuracy and
address any discrepancies. Adjust schedules as necessary to meet client needs and
company policies.
● Hiring and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process by screening applicants,
interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Oversee onboarding to ensure new
hires are well-prepared for their roles.
● Team Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations, ensuring that
resources are available and that teams work together smoothly.
● Client Partnerships: Schedule regular meetings with clients to discuss service quality,
receive feedback, and address any specific needs or changes in service requirements.
● Culture and Morale: Foster a positive, service-oriented work culture by promoting
teamwork, providing recognition, and addressing any workplace challenges.
● Complaint Management: Act as the primary contact for significant client complaints,
ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and to the client's satisfaction.
● Safety and Compliance: Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and comply
with company policies, providing ongoing training in workplace safety and regulatory
compliance.
