Requirements *At least 18 years old Preferred Qualifications *High School Diploma or equivalent *Some experience with POS system What we expect from you *Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Officina *Willingness to work and learn in a team environment *A passion for food services *Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast paced environment *Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team(s) *Strive to present the best products *Contribute to weekly staff education meetings Key Responsibilities *Greet guests with a warm smile *Take orders and communicate with customers and kitchen staff about any special requests/allergies *Share any information about the menu and any questions the guests may have about the menu *Bring out food in a timely manner *Checking up on guests *Communicate and work as a team player with other staff members *Maintain cleanliness by clearing away appropriate dishes from guests tables *Follow safety and sanitation standards Physical Requirements *Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time *Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally *All employees are to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided) Creative Food Group strives to cultivate an inclusive work environment and is proud to celebrate diversity within our ranks.
