Commercial Litigation Associate, Mid-Level

Offit Kurman is seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join our Maryland Litigation Team.
Offit Kurman is looking for an attorney with three plus years litigation experience. This position focuses on a broad range of private client business litigation including leasing, breach of contract, tenant disputes, and real estate matters.
The attorney will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs and motions, taking and defending depositions, as well as court appearances and trial work.
Must be admitted and active to practice in MD, DC a plus.
