- Assist in preparing and managing contracts and documents in Panda Doc, ensuring timely updates.
- Act as a liaison between team members, facilitating clear communication and relaying key information.
- Manage project timelines and track task progress to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in creating, drafting, and updating training materials and documentation.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workload management across multiple responsibilities.
- Coordinate and support the execution of various projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth through back-office tasks.
