OFRS, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified office manager and administrative assistant to support OFRS’s growing administrative management staff. OFRS is on an exciting growth trajectory throughout California. Qualified candidates must be organized, be proficient writers and communicators, and have experience with routine office and administrative management tasks and basic software programs. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively multi task. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, and direct accordingly. They should also possess a professional yet friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office staff and visitors. Previous office managerial experience a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
