Job Description

We are seeking a resourceful Product Development & Marketing Assistant to support our growth and innovation. This role will work closely with the CMO & CEO, assisting in product development from concept to launch, executing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand positioning. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and skilled in both product strategy and promotional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and refine new product ideas.
• Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance analysis.
• Test and iterate product concepts based on customer feedback and data insights.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns to support product launches and brand awareness.
• Help organize and manage events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with brands and influencers to expand market reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of experience in product development, marketing, and/or brand strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and product performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods industries.
• Knowledge of social media trends and influencer marketing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
