Are you a proactive and experienced HR professional seeking an exciting opportunity with a rapidly expanding company? We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our continued growth. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, scheduling, and ensuring the company operates within the confines of the law. This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 bonus with comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making final hiring decisions. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Scheduling: Create and maintain employee work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while taking into account employee availability and business demands.
Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with the latest requirements.
Payroll: Process payroll for approximately 200 employees at 4 locations and Assist Finance department with Payroll processing
Employee Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, conducting orientations to familiarize employees with the company's culture, policies, and procedures.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and addressing performance-related issues.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, working to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits effectively.
HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with data protection regulations.
Policy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and update HR policies, ensuring they align with the company's goals and promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.If you are a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company, we encourage you to apply.
